has started working with Tsurumi (America), Inc., on a series of
print advertisements promoting Tsurumi’s wide range of pumps for
home, commercial and industrial applications.
“We’re pleased to be able to combine our industrial expertise and creative talents to help Tsurumi reach their customers in several key market segments,” said Norwin Merens, managing director.
The initial ads include two versions for the pond and commercial water features market. The other ad is focused on retailers who stock Tsurumi pumps for rental use. The four-color, half-page horizontal ads replace smaller black and white ads that were previously used in the markets. The new ad campaigns are running in the current issues of publications including Landscape Design/Build, Water Garden News and Rental Management.
“We’ve taken a new approach that concentrates on customer benefits while still highlighting key product features that differentiate Tsurumi from their competitors,” explained Merens. “For instance, the ad targeted to the home pond market shows Koi fish with the headline ‘Sensitive Pretty Fish Deserve a Pretty Sensitive Pump’ highlighting the low vibration and noise levels of Tsurumi pumps.”
The ads also feature unique product request identifiers to help track requests from home or commercial users. The water feature ads will run in six publications for the remainder of the year and the rental market ads will appear in two magazines.
