Pamela Redfern Joins NM Marketing Communications, Inc. To Provide Specialized Editorial Services

Glenview, IL, Jan. 19, 2004 - Pamela A. Redfern has joined the NM Marketing Communications, Inc. consulting team as a technical editor specializing in the areas of copy editing and proofreading for clients of the Chicago area B2B agency. She will also oversee projects requiring content editing and work with subject matter experts to resolve content/style inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy of material and enhancing overall readability.

While with the world’s leading food service retailer, she provided ongoing customer support for their various technology-related Help Desks before officially assuming an editorial role for them.

A Ph.D. candidate in Computational Linguistics at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Ms. Redfern has also earned a Master of Science in Linguistics from the same university. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Linguistics from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and is a participant in the Independent Consulting Special Interest Group of the Society for Technical Communication.
